In 2014 we were hired to Master Plan the Dalhousie Legacy Centre within a very tight timeframe. Working alongside a Theatre Design specialist we met with multiple stakeholders to finalize the building program as well as discuss relationships within the building and surrounding campus. The overall budget for the project was $55 Million and included a variety of Faculties within Dalhousie and Several Community Groups involved in Performing Arts around the HRM region. We presented our design to the group of Community Stakeholders, and Dalhousie Planning and Faculty Staff. After extensive consultations, we were able to present the final layouts with no changes to our original design.
