This project is a two storey 42,000 sq ft building with ground floor retail/dining and second floor commercial. The base building is a concrete ’tilt-up’ design with brick veneer cladding. The design is intended to create a human scale at the front facade and promote a ‘Village’ atmosphere. Construction has begun and this will be our first Building permit in the firms short history.
