This project is a 6-storey, 34-unit apartment building that is situated between a busy street and a quiet residential neighbourhood on the Peninsula of Halifax. The building form steps down as it transitions from the busy street to the residential neighbourhood. Underground parking is being provided. This also allows enhanced soft landscaping which will promote the absorption of rain into the local aquifer and create a small green space between the building and adjacent single family residences.
