This project is a 6-storey, 43-unit apartment building, containing some commercial usages, located on the Peninsula of Halifax. The project is in the design phase and will be pursuing a development agreement. The renderings shown are part of the building form study to demonstrate the building can fit into a busy mixed use neighbourhood. Special attention has been placed on the local scale of surrounding buildings as well as creating a vibrant street wall.
